OUR MANDATE
Enhance AI capability, adoption, and education in Australia.
The Queensland AI Consortium is a collaboration of technology-focused organisations that manage the Queensland AI Hub, an initiative aimed at accelerating artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and capability development across the state. We exist to support AI capability and adoption across Australia, with a particular focus on Northern Australia and regional areas to ensure AI innovations and efficiency is utilised by all Australians. The consortium comprises of several key partners.

QLD AI Summit
The AI Consortium delivered the QLD AI Summit and Awards in 2023, and 2024. Through the QLD AI Summit, we facilited two days of events for almost 2,000 people, with over 20 international and Australian expert speakers from OpenAI, Google, MIT, Canva, Fujitsu, Meta, and more.
